Ali Baker has been working in the gaming space as an entertainer for over 10 years and is a strong advocate for mental health as well as inclusion in gaming. Primarily known for her positive energy and penchant for comedy, she’s produced and hosted shows such as Rooster Teeth’s “The Gauntlet” and Machinima’s “Inside Gaming”. Ali currently streams on Twitch and hosts a quirky gaming meets cooking show for Hyper X called “BossBytes”.

Amanda Stevens is a former journalist and content creator turned diversity & inclusion consultant. Her history of advocacy includes their time as a Magic judge working to make safe tournaments and game store spaces, and in cultivating safe spaces for LGBTQ+ and people of color creating content in esports. Amanda previously hosted an FGC show, The Neutral.

Black Girl Gamers is a online platform based community that aims to positively promote diversity and affect change within the gaming industry. Initially created as a safe space in 2015, void of the sexism and racism (misogynoir) widely experienced in gaming, the platform has grown from its original purpose to become the hub for all things gaming from the black woman perspective.
Christine "Potter" Chi
CS CHAMPION & ANALYST
Christine Chi is a 7 time world champion in Counterstrike. She's been competing since 2006 and got her start on an all women's competitive gaming team called Girls Got Game (GX3). In 2010 she Co-founded and lead Ubinited with the goal of creating the world's best CSGO team. In 2018, Christine shifted her focus towards on-air analysis for broadcasts and breaking down strategy of CSGO for tournaments including Blast Pro Series, Dreamhack, and ESL. She's the head coach for Evil Genius' VALORANT team.
Counter Logic Gaming

Counter Logic Gaming is an American Esports organization founded in April 2010 as a League of Legends team, and has since branched out into Fortnite, CS:GO, Halo, and Super Smash Bros. CLG was one of the first in North America to implement a multi-team gaming house, and the current residence is able to house all their major divisions and staff on a permanent basis. Their teams include CLG Red, a championship women's CS:GO team.

WOMEN'S PROFESSIONAL CS:GO TEAM
Dignitas’ women’s team, formerly Selfless Gaming, is an all-female Counter-Strike: Global Offensive team that’s ranked as one of the best in the world. The team was first formed as Team Karma in 2014. Since then, they have won several championships and top finishes at events like ESWC, Copenhagen Games and Intel Challenge Katowice. They have won back-to-back championships in the Intel Challenge at IEM Katowice in 2018 and 2019.

Jeannail Carter
"CUDDLE CORE", PRO PLAYER
Born and raised in Illinois, Jeannail "Cuddle Core" Carter is a practicing artist and a competitive TEKKEN player for Equinox Gaming. At the start of 2018, ELEAGUE invited her to become a team captain in the ELEAGUE TEKKEN Team Takedown in Atlanta. She led her team to victory, taking out four of the Takedown's hardest opponents all while on national television. Her success at the event marked Jeannail's momentous rise in the Fighting Games Community, which allowed her more opportunities to compete and also bring awareness to specific topics she felt strongly about, such as racial diversity and women's representation, in the gaming industry.

Ladies Night! (LadiesNightFC, LNFC) Ladies Night! is founded by Taneisha ‘Professor High Kick’ Jane, writer, commentator and tournament organizer. Taneisha started Ladies Night on her twitch stream the week of Tekken 7’s release on console (June 2, 2017), as just a small session with two of my Tekken buddies and within three years it’s become a tightly knit community with the intent to make a safe space for ladies in the FGC of any level (pro, top, casual or new) to level up in fighting games and empower each other and has hosted its first tournament series in 2020 named 'Ready or Not' for the ladies of the FGC who compete in Tekken 7. We go by the motto, “We [women] will be seen, heard and respected."

Latinx in Gaming serves as a platform to connect Latinos across the gaming industry, promote cultural appreciation, increase representation in games/game-related content, and provide a network for the Latinx community to elevate each other and themselves.

Michele Morrow is the co-creator, executive producer, and star of YouTube Red’s six-episode esports comedy, “Good Game". Known to many gamers for being a giant Blizzard fangirl, Morrow has co-anchored “Blizzcon” over the past four years. A voice over artist, she is Alleria Windrunner in "Hearthstone", Gwen in "Embers of War", and the intro voice of G4's "X-Play". Morrow has hosted esports events on ESPN2 and TBS, and analyzed esports for her daily show on the Bleacher Report.

Peer2Peer.Live is an opt-in livestream directory that enables marginalized viewers and content creators to connect to each other on Twitch by using self-identified tags, including: Race, Gender, Ability and Mental Health, Sexuality, and Religion. Peer2Peer Live was built by transgender Twitch community members as a project of Trans Lifeline, a nonprofit peer support and crisis hotline run by and for the transgender community.

Since starting her Twitch and YouTube channels, she has made a name for herself as one of the most well known and successful Fighting Game content creators. Ana plans on expanding into the Apex Legends competitive scene in 2021, and grow her brand and YouTube channel beyond Fighting Games.

She is a Twitch specialist and fundraiser organizer for Trans LifeLine, and a member of Twitch's Trust and Safety council, lending perspective and input in future Twitch policy. A five-time world champion in competitive Counter-Strike, and longtime female pro-gaming icon, Stephanie Harvey currently plays video games professionally. She is also DreamHack Montreal’s spokesperson as well as the OMEN by HP Canada Ambassador. She also worked as a game designer for Ubisoft Montreal, having notably been part of development for Prince of Persia: The Forgotten Sands and Far Cry Primal. Her 16 years in esports as a player and 7 years in the industry as a developer awarded her a Forbes 30 under 30 title and one of the BBC 100 women. She also won Canada’s Smartest Person Season 3 on CBC and was voted Quebec City’s personality of 2017 by ICI Radio-Canada Quebec television channel.

We provide resources, training, and support individuals and companies that help the gaming community improve its mental well-being and resilience. The organization addresses the underlying conditions that can create and perpetuate mental health challenges: stigma, harmful studio culture, harassment and toxicity, lack of diversity and accessibility, and problematic game and community design.

My name is Emily and I'm passionate gamer, streamer, and cosplayer. I made my debut in the FGC at SCR 2017 as a cosplayer. In 2018, I made my debut as a competitor at EVO and through my experiences, support I've gained, I've started working on TokiMeki Gaming. A crowdfunded opportunity to help disabled gamers travel and complete in the FGC. In doing this, I want to bring opportunities and exposure to disabled gamers and highlight talent that may be overlooked or not looked into enough due to any kind of impairment a person has. I'm passionate about this as I'm a disabled gamer myself.
XO Academy
FGC TRAINING PROGRAM
The XO Academy is an intensive 4 week training program designed to help elevate the game and the name of passionate women competitors in the FGC. Our 4 week program includes scheduled practice sessions, assistance with streaming and content creation, weekly video updates, training sessions with a hand-picked coach, personalized training with our special skills team, paid entry to local tournaments, and travel and entry to a major tournament.
